US Navy Orders 106 CV22 Engine Trailers

This month, the US Navy placed an order with PDI for 106 ea of the 3000-series engine trailers (part no. 107640) in support of its CV22/MV22 program. Deliveries will occur in 2020. The 3000 series engine trailer is used to transport, store, remove and replace engines on multiple types of aircraft, including the F-15, F-16, and F-22. The trailer allows for easy transport of aircraft engines so that engines can be properly maintained and/or replaced. PDI has produced approximately 150 units for the US Navy since 2012.
