Colinear Aerospace (formerly Colinear Machine & Design), located in Sparta, New Jersey, USA, is a manufacturer of complex flight critical components for fighter jets, bombers, helicopters (civil and military), and commercial aircraft.  Product components include landing gear cylinders, pistons, struts and rod ends; rotor hubs, shoes and damper assemblies; wheel & brake calipers, sleeves, bushings and bearings; and a variety of other precision machined parts used in aerospace applications.​

Founded in 1988, Colinear Machine has been a longtime supplier of flight critical components to Tier One and Tier Two suppliers of major US defense companies as well as directly to manufacturers of civil and military helicopters. 

 

The company holds AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001:2015 quality certifications.

Brian VanDeWeert

General Manager

Brian VanDeWeert has been with Colinear since 2013. He is a degreed mechanical engineer and an experienced manufacturing leader with a strong background in aerospace and precision machining. He has extensive experience overseeing manufacturing operations, quality systems, process improvement, and customer requirements within AS9100-regulated environments. Throughout his career, Brian has focused on improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, developing teams, and delivering complex machined components to demanding aerospace and defense customers.
