PDI Receives Contract to Produce 103 each AMMPS Generator Retrofit Wheel Kits

PDI recently received a U.S. DoD contract to produce 103 each retrofit wheel kits (PDI part no. 5647-01, NSN 6115-01-669-1192) for the AMMPS Generators used by multiple U.S. military branches. The contract, which will be completed in the Summer of 2019, proceeds several years after PDI had designed the retrofit kits and after testing had been proven and accepted at Holloman Air Force Base. The versatility of these "universal" kits provides the Government with an efficient and effective sustainment option, supporting 15 KW, 30 KW and 60 KW generator sets.
